Refund Policy
Review these terms before buying a Cutmap subscription or lifetime access.
Weekly and monthly charges
Recurring payments are generally non-refundable once charged, except where required by law or explicitly stated at checkout. Cancel before the next renewal date to prevent a future renewal. Canceling does not normally create a credit for a partially used billing period.
Lifetime purchases
Lifetime payments are generally non-refundable once access is granted, except where required by law or explicitly stated at checkout. If a lifetime payment is refunded, reversed, or successfully disputed, the related lifetime entitlement ends.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
If you believe a charge is duplicated or incorrect, use the support channel provided in your Cutmap account and include the charge date and Stripe receipt details. Do not send full card numbers or other sensitive payment information.
Taxes and legal rights
Taxes may be collected where applicable. This policy does not limit refund or cancellation rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
