Cutmap terms
These terms explain the rules for using Cutmap, including its Free tier, recurring plans, and lifetime access.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your sign-in access secure. You must provide accurate billing information and use Cutmap only where you are legally allowed to do so.
Free tier and source credits
The Free tier includes 10 source minutes once and requires no payment card. One credit represents one minute of source footage. The Free allowance does not automatically renew or reset, and additional source processing requires an eligible paid plan.
Recurring billing
Weekly and monthly plans require a valid card and are charged when you confirm Stripe Checkout. The plan renews at the selected interval until canceled. Cancel before the next renewal date to prevent the following recurring charge.
Lifetime access
Lifetime is a one-time purchase that begins after payment succeeds. It does not renew. “Lifetime” means access for as long as Cutmap continues to offer the purchased service, subject to these terms and applicable law.
Cancellation and payment issues
You can manage or cancel a recurring plan through Cutmap’s Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect as described in the portal. Failed, reversed, refunded, or disputed payments may pause or remove paid access. See the Refund Policy for more detail.
Your source material
You must have permission to upload, analyze, edit, and export all footage and other material you provide. Cutmap recommendations do not transfer rights, guarantee campaign approval, or replace your review of campaign rules.
Acceptable use
Do not use Cutmap to violate law, infringe another person’s rights, bypass platform rules, upload malicious material, probe restricted systems, or automate abusive posting or account activity.
Service availability
Cutmap may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, specific earnings, campaign acceptance, or a particular clipping result.

For billing or terms questions, use the support channel provided in your Cutmap account. Additional rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
